Over an Eight week period learn to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and move into a deeply relaxed state. Through story telling and creative process you will bring forward a powerful vision of the future you desire to create. This clarity leads to a realistic plan to manifest your goals.

Sessions are via ZOOM. In addition to the sessions, participants will be asked to complete assignments to support the ingroup learning and creative process. 

Fee is $20 per group - $160 for the course.
